A Master’s in Social Work and required CMS training are essential. Candidates must hold current LCSW licensure, have 2+ years of surveyor experience, and be willing to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT must be completed.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW must be maintained.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
