GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Site Lead to drive study execution and site management across regions. You will act as the primary contact, coordinate studies, and promote site activation while ensuring data quality.

The role requires 70%+ travel, including international assignments, and expert knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, science, health science, nursing, or related field, or equivalent clinical research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in clinical research/site management.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and local language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinical database systems (Oracle preferred).
• Expert knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines for clinical trials (ISO, FDA).
• Expert knowledge of clinical study conduct, follow-up, and monitoring.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel at least 70%, including internationally.

Responsabilités

• Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned study sites.
• Coordinates, implements, and executes clinical studies within region.
• Develops site-specific strategies to promote patient enrollment.
• Attends study procedures and follow-ups as required.
• Monitors studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy standards.
• Reviews data and source documentation for accuracy; provides feedback to sites.
• Leads and coordinates activities to ensure compliance and audit support.
• Trains site personnel to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Provides updates on study and site progress to Clinical Operations and Study Management.
• Contributes to site budget discussions and contracts coordination.
