Job summary

IXO Inc. seeks clinicians to develop remote, asynchronous clinical social-work scenarios that test practical judgment, ethical reasoning and risk management.

You will create intake, safety-planning, resource-navigation and ethical-dilemma scenarios, then explain the clinical judgments in reference responses. Ideal candidates have an active US LCSW license, at least two years of post-licensure practice, and strong written English.

Qualifications

• Active US LCSW license.
• At least two years of clinical practice following licensure.
• Experience in case conceptualization, safety planning and crisis intervention.
• Clear written English for explaining professional decisions and reasoning.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop intake, safety-planning, resource-navigation and ethical-dilemma scenarios.
• Explain clinical judgments in reference responses.
• Assess accuracy, ethics and risk handling; identify supportive-sounding advice that fails to address a person’s needs.
