Henry Schein France is seeking an HSP Commercial Lead to achieve sales and gross profit targets across designated territories, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Inventory Management to drive Brand and portfolio growth.

You will define in-country sales and marketing plans, develop training for FSCs and Telesales, analyze market data, and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews to support decision making.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressively responsible commercial experience, including 5+ years in HSD (global exposure preferred), 5+ years with technical dental products, and 3+ years in regulatory matters and sourcing. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Advanced brand management skills, a proven ability to develop successful global brands, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members for high performance.
• Excellent conceptual skills, independent decision-making, and strong analysis and problem-solving.
• Outstanding verbal and written French and English (other languages advantageous), plus strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to influence, build relationships, resolve disputes, manage conflict, and lead change initiatives.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and act on financial information and data that contributes to business results and profitability.
• Knowledge of the dental market and Henry Schein’s dental businesses, with extensive knowledge of dentistry and dental products.
• Experience leading commercial teams and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Support activities to introduce and grow sales of HSPs in the designated market(s) and increase internal share.
• Develop in-country sales and marketing plans and implement commercial plans to meet budgets.
• Define sales strategies and investment plans by business to grow brand position.
• Create programmes to improve sales team effectiveness and launch new products.
• Provide market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop training programs for FSCs and Telesales.
• Collect market feedback for CB marketing and corporate PBUs.
• Assist with annual budget proposals and forecasting with Finance teams.
• Collaborate to ensure high fill rate and improve order-ship-complete metrics.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and other reporting.
