Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years at Staff+ or Principal level.
• Deep expertise in clinical NLP, LLM fine-tuning, speech recognition.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical direction of AI systems enhancing clinical decision-making.
• Define technical strategy for clinical ML systems and track deployment.
• Establish evaluation frameworks ensuring clinical accuracy and safety.
