Doctolib is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the AI Lab in Paris. You will build and run the Lab's operating model, coordinating researchers, data scientists, and engineers to enable research at European scale with real patients and clinicians.

You will design processes, manage collaborations, and oversee data access, contracts, and academic administration. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programme management, research operations, or comparable high-complexity roles.
• Ability to design and run processes from scratch and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in English; working French required for academic administration processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the Lab's operating model and core processes from ground up.
• Connect research and product by aligning roadmaps and collaborations.
• Filter and triage partnership proposals and internal requests.
• Track dependencies and drive blockers to closure with relevant teams.
• Manage hiring logistics and maintain an active pipeline with Talent Acquisition.
