Kestra Technologies is seeking a Client Services Associate to support daily operations, handle client inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation for account activity. The role emphasizes white-glove service, CRM upkeep, and coordination with back-office teams.

A proactive communicator with attention to detail will thrive in a dynamic financial services environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; FINRA licenses are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite; willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide white-glove service to new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary contact for inbound client communications.
• Prepare documentation for account openings, transfers, distributions, and other transactions.
• Monitor client onboarding progress and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for the advisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and custodian portals.
• Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation for client meetings.
• Liaise with back-office teams and vendors to resolve client issues.
• Support trading and account maintenance activities under advisor supervision.
• Manage multiple and competing priorities daily in pursuit of business objectives.
• Small amount of annual travel may be required for training.
