Responsabilités

• Support Financial Advisor and Senior Client Service Associate with administrative functions.
• Interact with clients, handle scheduling and correspondence.
• Assist with meeting preparation, generate reports, and document follow-ups.
• Process and service all account requests, following compliance guidelines.
• Maintain client information in CRM database.
• Manage mailing lists for firm marketing.
• Order supplies and handle infrastructure requests.
