Kestra Technologies is seeking a Client Service Associate in Paris, France. This full-time role involves supporting Advisors with their administrative functions and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and time-management skills, alongside an attention to detail. A High School Diploma or Associate's degree is required, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support in a professional environment.
• Previous experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Advisors of a growing book of business with administrative functions.
• Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up tasks.
• Process, submit, and service all account paperwork/requests.
• Manage client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution.
• Maintain CRM database and ensure adherence to appropriate client service models.
• Handle appointment scheduling and correspond with clients.
