FlightSafety International is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver an excellent frontline customer service experience at our Paris center. You will manage multiple phone lines, greet guests at the front desk, and coordinate administrative tasks to support training programs.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or administration.
• Fluency in English in speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome clients and guests at the front desk.
• Manage multiple phone lines and provide clerical support.
• Provide client schedules and handle client welcome packets.
• Assist with accounts payable invoices and monthly sales tax reports.
