FlightSafety International is seeking a Fight Instructor for the Paris Learning Center to deliver high-quality ground and simulator flight instruction in line with aviation regulations and FlightSafety principles.

The role involves developing training materials, assessing trainee progress, and maintaining records while ensuring instructors stay qualified under regulatory standards. The position emphasizes safety, client-focused service, and professional aviation training excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
• ATPL licence holders preferred or previously held.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ground and simulator instruction for core, specialty or enrichment courses.
• Develop and prepare training materials aligned with the curriculum.
• Evaluate trainee progress and recommend qualification or additional training.
• Maintain accurate training records for each client and course.
• Identify training issues and escalate when necessary.
• Keep instructor qualifications current per regulatory requirements.

Purpose of Position

The Pilot Instructor delivers exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients receiving core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
• Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for qualification, or additional training.
• Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s).
• Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
• Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Hold or have held FAA / EASA ATPL licences
• Have at least 1,500 hours as a pilot of multi-pilot aircraft OR
• For single pilot types, at least 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and have completed at least 500 hours of flight time as PIC on single pilot aircraft

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications, i.e. the ability to speak, understand, read and write.
