We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Client Advisor to join one of our teams in Paris.

As a Client Advisor at Acne Studios, you will work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience. You will support daily operations both on and off the shop floor, help create seamless and engaging client interactions, and contribute to positive business outcomes, with your efficiency and attention to detail taking center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to drive sales together with our Client Advisors in the store but also through operational back of house support. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting- edge approach to client experience. You will assist in taking care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
• Support the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality
• Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Previous experience within the retail or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to work independently and with flexibility
• Ability to take initiative in line with our customer experience offer
• Fluent in English and Chinese, which is a prerequisite for this position
