Allianz Partners in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is seeking an Account Specialist to act as the operational backbone for KAMs, BPs, and internal teams. You will provide expert support to frontline sales, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and drive governance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales support or partner operations, strong communication, and fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, partner operations, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the daily point of contact for Business Partners, resolving operational questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and governance.
• Prepare performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Support tender responses, proposals, and pricing coordination.
• Assist with onboarding of new partners and change management.
