Qualifications

Admitted to the Paris Bar School or enrolled in a Master’s degree in Insurance Law, Banking & Financial Law, Business Law or equivalent.
Strong interest in corporate law, governance and insurance regulatory matters.
Clear, structured written work in English on complex legal topics.
Professional fluency in English; French is an advantage for the Paris location.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on corporate law, governance and insurance topics and summarize findings clearly.
Draft and review legal documents, presentations and governance materials in English.
Support international corporate and regulatory projects across jurisdictions.
Assist with corporate approvals, board documentation and other formalities.
Draft and review intra-group agreements and liaise with stakeholders and external counsel.
Maintain legal and corporate records and provide general legal admin support.
Work with AI, data analytics and cloud tools in line with data governance and ethics.
