The role focuses on enhancing claims quality and governance while collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in insurance claims or governance, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance claims or related fields.
• Experience in a multinational claims environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with J-SOX or audit processes is advantageous.
• Experience in data analytics and KPI reporting is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent QA reviews of claim files.
• Identify trends and control gaps in claims handling.
• Draft and update claims guidelines and procedures.
• Produce regular claims KPI dashboards and reports.
