Breega is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to architect an AI-native internal data lake, RAG pipelines, and multi-team agent workflows across Europe. You will drive security, governance, and scalable technology aligned with Breega’s growth strategy.

You will lead change management, train teams, and partner with portfolio companies to maximize value from data-driven processes and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as senior freelance or independent consultant.
• Proven track record in change management with non-technical teams.
• Experience in investment funds, banking, or fintech is a plus.
• References on live AI/data projects preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Audit and centralize data assets across teams.
• Design and deploy AI-native data lake architecture on Google Cloud / BigQuery.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Vectorize unstructured data and deploy RAG architecture.
• Design cross-functional AI agents and integrate with existing tools.
• Drive change management, onboarding, and adoption of AI workflows.
• Maintain data governance, security, and audit trails.
