Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO to drive governance, cadence, and performance across the Tech org. You will enable faster decision-making, structured communications, and cross-functional alignment with senior engineering leaders and other teams.

You will own OKR alignment, metrics, and strategic projects, while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and clear executive narratives in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, scale-up, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort with technical topics without being an engineer.
• Strong operational cadence: translate strategy into cadence, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Governance and alignment of Tech leadership through rituals, updates, and decision logs.
• Coordinate definition and tracking of Tech OKRs and performance metrics.
• Frame, structure, and drive strategic cross-team initiatives and special projects.
