Pennylane is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations professional based in Paris to lead strategic planning, cross-functional execution and performance management for the Core Accounting track. You will partner with product leadership, design scalable frameworks, and drive data-driven decisions across growth initiatives.

You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs, own OKRs, and collaborate with care, sales and other product teams while enabling fast-tracked execution in a rapidly growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or related field.
• Proven track record translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects.
• Proficiency in SQL (or willingness to learn) and modern data analysis tools.
