Hexa seeks a Chief of Staff to serve as the execution backbone for WTF, guiding two cohorts of early-stage ventures. You will own GTM, shape the founder workflow, and coordinate across Hexa’s Finance, Legal, Talent and Communications teams.

You’ll build tools, dashboards, and processes to accelerate company creation and growth. With 2–4 years in start-up roles, you will drive discovery, founder sourcing, and scaling efforts, while fostering a data-driven, high-agency culture in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as founder, go-to-market, growth, operations or engineering in tech startup/ecosystem.
• A builder who creates automations, tools, dashboards and experiments.
• A genuine go-to-market appetite; comfortable reaching out to founders and landing first customers.

Responsabilités

• 80% real company-building: own GTM for each company—positioning, first customers, sales, pricing, go-to-market experiments and trackers.
• Own cadence: weekly kick-offs, product meetings, end-of-week recaps; track decisions with AI support.
• Interface between ventures and Hexa functions (Finance, Legal, Talent, Comms) and mobilize resources.
