Hexa is seeking a Chief of Staff for its WTF AI-native vertical to act as the execution backbone to the founders. You will be the right hand to Raphaël, hands-on across discovery, GTM, and scaling, and you will help coordinate the interface between ventures and Hexa’s shared functions.

You will split your time 80% on real company-building and 20% on studio operations, driving growth, dashboards, and automation, while ensuring founder cadence and decision tracking across multiple startups.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as founder, go-to-market, growth, operations or engineering in tech company/ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM for each company: positioning, first customers, sales, pricing, experiments, and trackers.
• Own the cadence of weekly kick-offs, product meetings, and end-of-week recaps; track decisions and leverage AI.
• Interface between ventures and Hexa (Finance, Legal, Talent, Comms) to pull in resources when needed.
• Support discovery transforming ideas into opportunities and help grow the founder pipeline.
• Improve studio operations, build playbooks, and reusable systems to scale Hexa and WTF.
