Hexa, the venture studio, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support two hardware projects on their go-to-market and business development track. You’ll map target accounts, identify decision-makers, and develop the initial commercial approach for long-cycle B2B sales.

You’ll actively prospect, build partnerships with industrial players and systems integrators, and coordinate with founders to land first customers. A background in hardware/industrial environments and a startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a hardware/industrial environment with long sales cycles and complex procurement.
• A background that combines a large industrial company with startup experience.
• Hands-on, scrappy startup layer and genuine go-to-market appetite.

Responsabilités

• Map the market and identify first target accounts, decision-makers, and buying committees in industrial sectors.
• Build the go-to-market approach and position for reaching first customers and partners.
• Prospect hands-on, including cold-calling into specific B2B industrial environments.
• Develop partnerships with industrial players, integrators, and institutional actors.
• Act as right hand to the founders, coordinating across projects and bringing operator rigor.
• Feed learnings back into GTM decisions from field interactions.
