Job summary

CHR Group seeks a Chief Product Officer to define the group’s product vision, roadmap and governance across SMB and Enterprise platforms. You will lead a growing product organisation, align executives, investors and teams, and shape portfolio decisions including acquisitions and integrations.

You will drive data/AI-enabled offerings, set priorities, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and CS to optimize adoption, retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as CPO or CPTO with full product accountability in B2B SaaS.
• Managing a multi-product portfolio and post-acquisition integration.
• Building product organisations and leading product leaders across complex environments.
• Translating customer workflows into adopted software with business value.
• Connecting product strategy, platform architecture and commercial performance.
• Experience with Data and AI and presenting strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define a three-to-five-year product vision grounded in customer needs and growth.
• Build differentiated roadmaps for SMB and Enterprise customers.
• Connect compliance, workflows, food cost, workforce management, IoT and data into offerings.
• Establish priorities and investment cases balancing value, cost and risk.
• Lead due diligence for M&A and platform integration with CTO.
• Own product governance across business units and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Lead product organisation, hire and coach product leaders and specialists.
• Deliver reliable roadmaps with measurable outcomes in collaboration with Engineering.
• Advance packaging, pricing, and cross-selling with Sales/Marketing/CS.
• Develop AI-enabled offerings with adoption and value and ensure security.
