Foodles is seeking a COO to join the Executive Committee and drive end-to-end operational excellence across production kitchens, labs, logistics and counter operations. You will balance the commercial promise with on-the-ground feasibility, act as a pivotal lever for value creation, and guide scaling as the company matures.

This role requires hands-on leadership across multi-site environments, a relentless focus on quality and risk management, and the ability to align cross-functional teams

Overview

• You will join Foodles' Executive Committee (Comex), reporting directly to Michaël (CEO), and become the guarantor of end-to-end operational excellence.
• You will oversee the entire operational chain: production kitchens/labs, logistics, and counter operations.
• You will be the balancing point between the commercial promise driven by the CRO and on-the-ground feasibility.
• You will run operations as a real lever for value creation — not just a cost center.
• You will take the reins of an organization that is rapidly maturing and scaling up.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations leadership or in a COO role within multi-site environments that demand high execution standards.
• Proven experience managing operations that combine production, logistics, and field operations — ideally in food, retail, supply chain, or restaurant/hospitality environments.
• Strong expertise in quality, food safety, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Experience supporting an organization through structuring, industrialization, or scaling phases.
• Ability to make fast trade-offs, set clear frameworks, and drive cross-functional initiatives with firmness and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standards, structured and results-oriented mindset — and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
