Ce poste implique de contribuer à l'amélioration des produits laitiers et à l'innovation technologique à travers des projets de recherche et développement. Avec une formation solide et une expérience en sciences alimentaires, le candidat travaillera à la définition de pipelines innovants et à l'évaluation de nouvelles solutions. Qualifications

Reporting to the Innovation Manager of the Exploration Food Science Team and working alongside dairy experts, you will contribute to:

  • Deepening understanding of milk properties and its constituents in various dairy products (milk, cheese, etc.) during different processes,
  • Scouting for new-to-market solutions (products & technologies) that can add value to dairy products from sensory, functional, or nutritional perspectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and executing the innovation pipeline through active monitoring of scientific literature, conference participation, supplier meetings, etc.
  • Design, plan, and execute R&D projects and experiments to enhance knowledge of ingredients and technologies at laboratory and pilot scales.
  • Evaluate new products, ingredients, and analytical tools, and explore new ways of working aligned with our key focus areas.
  • Communicate results effectively to team members and the broader R&D community.
  • Contribute to the success of the Applied Research Team.

This is a permanent position.

Your strengths

  • Master's Degree in Food Science or Biochemistry with 5-7 years of research experience, preferably in dairy.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders in our innovation journey.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A passion for food products and an open-minded attitude.
