Résumé du poste

Limagrain recherche deux Responsables Amélioration Continue pour soutenir et optimiser les activités de l’usine, dans une équipe de 5 personnes, sous la supervision du Head of Performance & Operational Excellence.

Le poste demande un diplôme en production management ou amélioration continue et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie ou le secteur semences, avec une forte maîtrise des outils LEAN et des techniques DMAIC, PDCA et VSM.

Qualifications

  • Vous détenez au moins un Bachelor ou un Master en production management, amélioration continue ou domaine connexe.
  • Vous avez au moins 5 années d'expérience dans le secteur industriel ou semences.
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodes LEAN (Green Belt serait un atout), ainsi que des outils/techniques industriels (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Vous êtes communiquant et pouvez écouter vos collègues, comprendre situations et défis des équipes.

Responsabilités

  • Conduire des projets d'amélioration continue stratégiques ou complexes et mesurer leur impact.
  • Participer à l'analyse des données de production et identifier les zones à optimier dans les ateliers.
  • Développer et déployer des roadmaps et des pratiques LEAN dans les équipes, animer des ateliers LEAN.
  • Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux principes LEAN et maintenir une base de connaissances et des outils mis à jour.
  • Faciliter le partage des meilleures pratiques via différents canaux de communication.

Function

Following the creation of the

Following the creation of the Operational Excellence Unit in September 2025, we are looking for two Improvement Project Managers with complementary experiences and skills. Reporting to the Head of Performance & Operational Excellence, you will be autonomous, but part of a team of 5 people dedicated to supporting and optimizing the factory's activities.

Main Goal

For this position, you'll be in charge of :

  • Leading strategic or complex continuous improvement projects and monitoring their impact on corporate culture and supporting the operational optimization of the plant.
  • Participate in the preparation and analysis of production process datas in collaboration with the factory teams, up to the identification of areas for improvement in workshops to define the projects with the greatest potential for gains. Therefore, building, implementing and formalizing roadmaps.
  • Participate in the development, choices, implementation and deployment of advanced LEAN methods and tools within teams, standardize and harmonize practices. Lead LEAN workshops.
  • Supporting teams in their skills development, training and raising awareness of LEAN principles, delivering certain training courses. Maintaining a knowledge database and updated toolkits.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices among workers through different communication channels.

For this role, you will also be in contact with the manufacturing teams and the QHSE, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Agricultural Production, and Seed Tech R&D departments. Operational French is required as well as English.

What We Expect Of You

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in production management, continuous improvement, or a related field. You have at least 5 YEARS of experience in the industrial or seed sector. You are familiar with advanced LEAN tools and methods (Green Belt certification would be an asset), but also industry-centered tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, 5W2H, Ishikawa diagram, FTA, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). You are comfortable with computers and data manipulation. As a good communicator, you will be able to listen to your colleagues, understand the situations and challenges faced by our teams. Solution-oriented, you'll appear mature and legitimate to analyze situations rigorously and propose projects tailored to the company needs.

  • Salary paid over 13 months (40K€ to 50K€ depending on experience), Executive status without direct management
  • Daily package (211 days/year), with 5 weeks of paid vacation plus 14 to 19 paid-off days per year. Occasional remote work possible.
