The role emphasizes precision, consistency, and a passion for growth within a fast-paced environment, with weekend and holiday shifts as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related culinary experience in a fast paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Minimum legal age to serve alcohol and comply with shifts and responsibilities as per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional culinary results by preparing dishes with precision and maintaining RH's menu standards.
• Uphold RH's recipe standards through cleanliness, preparation and presentation across all stations.
• Foster strong communication with team members and leaders to exceed service expectations.
• Collaborate with location leadership during line checks to ensure consistent execution for service.
• Assist with inventory processes to support service and financial goals.
