The Lodge Jamberoo Management Pty Ltd ATF The Trustee for the Lodge Jamberoo Management Trust is seeking a Chef de Partie in Jamberoo, NSW. You will work with Senior Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dishes in a busy resort setting.

Responsibilities include menu design, recipe standardisation, food safety, and staff supervision to maintain service quality across all outlets. This is a full-time role at a boutique country resort with event offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Design and update menus based on seasonal availability, customer preferences, and business goals.
• Standardize recipes to ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Taste food products daily before service and identify shortages or anomalies.
• Follow and maintain Lodge guidelines and standards in the menu range.
• Demonstrate various culinary techniques and apply them to dishes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff as required.
