The Lodge Jamberoo Management Pty Ltd ATF The Trustee for the Lodge Jamberoo Management Trust is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen team in Jamberoo, NSW. You will work with Senior Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes for resort guests and events.

The role requires strong adherence to hygiene standards, recipe execution, and efficient kitchen operation across multiple outlets. 38 hours per week, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong hygiene and safety mindset.
• Ability to follow established recipes and standards.

Responsabilités

• Design and update menus to meet seasonal availability and guest preferences.
• Standardize recipes to ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Prepare and cook food in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and hygiene regulations.
• Assist recruitment, training and supervision of kitchen staff as required.
