Job summary

Eiffage, acteur majeur du BTP et des concessions, recherche un profil confirmé en Workday et RH avec au moins 7 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans un cadre international et multi-sites. Poste en CDI, basé au siège, télétravail possible et système de rémunération avantageux.

Vous interviendrez sur les processus RH complets (recrutement, formation, paie, gestion des talents) et veillerez à la conformité RGPD, sécurité et reporting sous Workday.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 en ressources humaines ou informatique.
• Expérience confirmée d’au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire.
• Idéalement dans un contexte international et/ou multi-sites.
• Anglais obligatoire, une autre langue serait un plus.

Formation :

Vous êtes diplômé d’un BAC+5 en ressources humaines ou informatique

Expérience :

Expérience confirmée d’au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans un contexte international et/ou multi-sites

Compétences :

• Maîtrise avancée de Workday (configuration des processus, des référentiels, de la sécurité…) acquise via une expérience réussie sur ce type d'outil
• Connaissance approfondie des processus RH (recrutement, formation, gestion des talents, paie…) et de la législation sociale
• Connaissances d’un autre domaine Workday comme la Compensation, le Talent, la Performance ou le Recrutement est un plus
• Bonne connaissance de la gestion de la sécurité et du reporting sur Workday
• Sensibilisation RGPD réalisée avant la prise en main de la mission
• Pack Office (Excel - formules avancées, PPT, Word)
• Connaissance de la suite Google Workspace
• Anglais obligatoire, une deuxième langue serait un plus (allemand, espagnol, néerlandais, polonais…)
• Excellente aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe pour collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés
• Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail pour gérer des projets complexes dans le respect des délais et des budgets
• Sens de la pédagogie et de l'accompagnement pour faire adhérer les utilisateurs aux nouvelles solutions
• Curiosité, proactivité et force de proposition pour identifier les axes d'amélioration et faire évoluer les outils
