Eiffage Systèmes d'Information recherche un administrateur ITSM pour assurer la gestion des services IT et des infrastructures associées. Vous participerez à l’optimisation des processus et à la sécurité des systèmes tout en fournissant des rapports analytiques.

Diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique et 3–5 ans d’expérience exigés. Poste CDI basé à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, avec possibilités de télétravail et avantages variés.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent.
• 3–5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de systèmes, réseaux ou gestion des services IT.
• Maîtrise d'outils ITSM majeurs (ServiceNow, EasyVista).
• Compétences en SQL et sécurité des systèmes d'information.
• Capacité à élaborer rapports et analyses de données.
• Bonnes compétences de communication et pédagogie.
• Autonomie, proactivité et esprit analytique.

Responsabilités

• Assurer l'administration des systèmes et des services IT selon les process ITSM.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à la sécurité des systèmes d'information.
• Réaliser des rapports et analyses pour les parties prenantes.
• Travailler en proximité avec différents profils et équipes.
• Participer à des projets d'optimisation et de transformation IT.

- Votre profil : Formation : Vous avez un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou équivalent. Des certifications spécifiques aux outils ITSM administrés sont un plus. Expérience : Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans l'administration de systèmes, de réseaux ou dans un rôle lié à la gestion des services IT. Compétences : Maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs outils ITSM majeurs (ServiceNow, EasyVista) Compétences en gestion de bases de données (SQL) Compréhension des enjeux de sécurité des systèmes d'information Compétences à élaborer des rapports et des analyses de données Compétences transversales (Soft Skills) : organisation, rigueur et curiosité Autonomie et proactivité Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes Excellentes capacités de communication et de pédagogie pour interagir avec des profils variés Capacité à travailler en équipe Adaptabilité face aux évolutions technologiques et aux besoins de l'entreprise.
