Eiffage recherche un responsable RH/IT pour piloter des solutions RH et administratives, avec une expertise Workday et une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office et de la suite Google Workspace.

Poste en CDI basé au siège de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, avec travail en mode hybride possible et attention portée au respect des délais et des budgets. Anglais obligatoire et une seconde langue serait un atout.

Votre profil

• Formation : Vous êtes diplômé d’un BAC+5 en ressources humaines ou informatique
• Expérience : Expérience confirmée d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans un contexte international et/ou multi-sites, serait un plus
• Compétences : Connaissance de Workday acquise via une expérience réussie sur ce type d'outil, en tant qu’utilisateur ou administrateur
• Connaissance approfondie de la Gestion Administrative et de la législation sociale
• Sensibilisation RGPD réalisée avant la prise en main de la mission
• Pack Office (Excel - formules avancées, PPT, Word)
• Connaissance de la suite Google Workspace
• Anglais obligatoire, une deuxième langue serait un plus (allemand, espagnol, néerlandais, polonais…)
• Excellante aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe pour collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés
• Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail pour gérer des sujets complexes dans le respect des délais et des budgets
• Sens de la pédagogie et de l'accompagnement pour faire adhérer les utilisateurs aux nouvelles solutions
• Curiosité, proactivité et force de proposition pour identifier les axes d'amélioration et faire évoluer les outils
