Job summary

Eiffage Global Services recherche un responsable RH/Workday pour piloter les projets RH/SIRH au siège de Saint-Ouen et en contexte international. Vous assurez le paramétrage Workday et la gestion des processus de rémunération et de talents.

Diplômé BAC+5 en RH/SIRH ou informatique, avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience, vous maîtrisez l’anglais et idéalement une autre langue, avec autonomie et esprit analytique. CDI, rémunération avantageuse et participation sur 13,3 mois, télétravail possible.

Qualifications

• BAC+5 en ressources humaines, SIRH ou informatique.
• Expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un contexte international et/ou multi-sites.
• Connaissance de Workday et paramétrage souhaité.
• Connaissance des processus de rémunération ou de talent.
• Niveau d’anglais courant obligatoire, une deuxième langue serait un plus (allemand, espagnol…).
• Connaissances RGPD et IA Act.
• Communication (expression orale & écrite, synthèse, écoute active, transparence, orienté client).
• Leadership (proactivité, capacité à challenger, résilience, collaboration).
• Méthodologie de travail (analyse, résolution de problèmes, autonomie, organisation, rigueur).

Formation :

Vous êtes diplômé d’un BAC+5 en ressources humaines, SIRH ou informatique.

Expérience :

Expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans un contexte international et/ou multi-sites.

Compétences :

Connaissance de Workday et connaissance souhaitée du paramétrage. Connaissance souhaitée des processus de Rémunération ou de Talent. Niveau d’anglais courant obligatoire, une deuxième langue serait un plus (allemand, espagnol…). Connaissances RGPD et IA Act. Communication (Expression orale & écrite, capacité de synthèse, écoute active, transparence, orienté client). Leadership (Force de proposition/ Capacité à challenger, résilience, capacité à collaborer). Méthodologie de travail (esprit d’analyse et résolution de problèmes, autonomie, organisation, curiosité, rigueur, transversalité).
