Zusammenfassung

Eiffage recherche un profil RH/SIRH MOA pour piloter des projets RH, paie et DSN. Poste CDI à temps plein basé au siège du Groupe à Vélizy-Villacoublay (78) et impliquant des extractions BO et Excel avancé.

Le candidat bénéficiera d’un package attractif avec intéressement et actionnariat salarié, Pass Navigo pris en charge à 100 %, et une salle de sport. Poste au cœur de notre démarche diversité et développement durable.

Qualifikationen

• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et du Pack Office.
• Maîtrise des extractions et requêtes sous BO.
• Expérience en RH, Paie/GT, DSN et SIRH/MOA (gestion de projets, analyse, recette).
• Rigueur, organisation et sens du relationnel.

Profil : Compétences techniques

• Maitrise du Pack Office notamment d’Excel avec un niveau avancé
• Maitrise des extractions et requêtes simples / complexes sous BO

Compétences fonctionnelles

• Avoir de l’Expérience en RH, Paie/GT, DSN
• Avoir de l’expérience en SIRH/MOA (gestion projet, analyse, recette)

• Méthode, rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités
• Sens du relationnel, adaptabilité
• Aptitude pédagogique, vulgarisation du discours
• Être force de proposition ou avoir un discours contradictoire constructif
