Animaj seeks an experienced CGI Supervisor to lead the end-to-end production pipeline for its animated projects. You will bridge engineering, production, and creative teams to implement scalable workflows and ensure creative vision is preserved through technical decisions.

With 6–8+ years in 3D/CG production, you will manage external studios, drive AI tooling adoption, and oversee pipelines from asset creation to final render across digital-first, TV, and feature formats.

Qualifications

6–8+ years in 3D/CG production with supervisory experience on ambitious projects.
Experience supervising end-to-end CG pipelines from asset creation to final render.
Strong ability to manage external studios and governing technical choices.
Proficiency with Blender or Maya and pipeline tooling (Flow).
Fluent English and ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

Own the full CG production pipeline for each show, from asset creation through rigging, animation and lighting to final render.
Define and tailor pipelines per project to fit digital-first, TV, or feature formats.
Act as Animaj’s voice with external studios, guiding workflows and ensuring adoption of tools and processes.
Balance inputs from engineering, production, and creative teams to determine optimal technical decisions.
Drive AI tooling deployment on productions and provide grounded feedback to improve the tech stack.
