Animaj seeks a senior CGI/TD leader who will own the full production pipeline for animated projects, from asset creation to final render. You will define pipelines per project, align engineering with production and creativity, and champion Animaj’s AI-enabled workflows across internal teams and external studios.

You will drive delivery, set standards, and act as the production-technology ambassador, ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions across TV series and features.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in 3D/CG production with supervisor/lead experience.
• Strong technical foundation in pipeline tooling, production tracking, and AI-native tooling.
• Proven track record managing external studios and outsourcing partners.
• Fluent English and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end CG pipeline from asset creation to final render across shows.
• Define and tailor production pipelines per project, balancing tech, production, and creative needs.
• Be Animaj’s voice with external studios and drive adoption of workflows and tools.
• Make calls when engineering, production, and creative constraints clash, aiming for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee deployment of Animaj AI technology across productions and pipelines.
