Voodoo in Paris seeks a seasoned operator to own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as internal consultants. You will shape priorities, accelerate decision making, and maintain a rigorous operating rhythm across the company.

You will work directly with the CEO on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization design, building compelling business cases, forming founding teams, and driving

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of strategy consulting or M&A/PE experience in tech.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects at C-level.
• Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects with the CEO, framing problems and driving execution.
• Explore and launch new ventures, build business cases, and form founding teams.
• Manage company routines: leadership meetings, OKRs, board prep, and ensure follow-through on decisions.
• Drive the Special Project Manager team: recruit, staff, and coach internal consultants.
• Be the CEO's proxy: represent him in meetings and unblock cross-functional issues.
