Voodoo, Paris, is seeking a hands-on strategy consultant to slot into its internal consulting team. You will tackle critical operational problems, working with leaders across gaming, apps, growth, and central functions with insider access and top-tier consulting toolkit.

You will diagnose, redesign and implement improvements, embedding with studios or functions to lift performance through KPIs, organization, and tooling. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years at a top strategy consulting firm or high-performing BizOps/strategy team.
• Structured problem-solver with strong analytics; Excel/Sheets and SQL are valued.
• Can implement solutions independently across multiple workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to gain trust without formal authority.
• Top academic background in business or engineering.
• Fluent English; French a plus. Passion for games/apps a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Improve internal processes by diagnosing, redesigning and implementing fixes.
• Support leaders to raise performance of teams, KPIs, and tooling.
• Lead 4–12 week tactical projects: market analysis, cost reviews, post-mortems.
• Own cross-team issues until fully resolved.
