Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Central Growth department. You will lead transversal initiatives, drive strategic projects, and help build a scalable growth platform for mobile products worldwide.

You'"ll combine analytical thinking with business acumen to identify opportunities, design processes, and partner with teams across the company. Fluency in French and English is required; Grande Ecole background preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Graduate from a Grande Ecole program in engineering or business.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a changing ad-tech ecosystem.
• Lead high-priority Growth projects in collaboration with Voodoo teams.
• Identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions and implement them.
• Design and build leading processes and products for scalable growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high adaptability.
• Explore opportunities including M&A and new ventures and lead operations teams.
