Voodoo is seeking a high-impact strategist to work directly with the CEO on the company’s most strategic initiatives. You will lead a small team of Special Project Managers, incubate ventures, and drive disciplined operating rhythms across leadership meetings, reviews, and OKR cycles.

You bring 6–10 years of strategy or M&A/PE experience plus operating exposure in hypergrowth tech, with strong analytical and executive communication skills. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company.
