CHANEL is seeking a senior styling professional for a permanent role in Paris. You will join the Styling team, reporting to the Head of Styling, and drive operational excellence and strategic priorities of the styling activity across campaigns, events, and shoots.

Responsibilities include leading fittings, budget tracking, and coordinating looks for campaigns, with oversight across regions and markets. Fluent in French and English, you will maintain a discreet, collaborative leadership style

Overview

Permanent contract, based in Paris (1st arrondissement), available as soon as possible. The position is within the Fashion Division, which includes two HauteCouture collections, six Ready‑to‑Wear collections, and two capsule collections inspired by sportswear and lifestyle – CocoBeach and CocoNeige – offering a style that captures the spirit of the times and fits seamlessly into women’s daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

Inside the Fashion department you will join the Styling team, whose mission is to elevate and coordinate all styling operations and projects for CHANEL Fashion. Your position reports to the Head of Styling and you are responsible for defining, building, designing, leading, expressing, collaborating, implementing and supporting the operational excellence and strategic priorities of the styling activity.

• Take ownership of priority operational projects as assigned by the Head, with rigor and attention to detail.
• Oversee talent fittings in Paris, based on needs defined by the Head: events, try‑ons.
• Oversee the tracking of looks selected for campaigns (F&B, WFJ, Beauty) and film projects, in collaboration with relevant teams and as directed by the Head.
• Manage budget tracking and purchase order processing, shipping, proactively flagging areas of concern and providing regular estimates.
• Oversee the team’s preparation of key analyses and recaps (looks shot, reserved pieces, unworn deck) to support decision‑making.
• Represent the Head of Styling during travel when needed, ensuring continuity and quality across styling projects.
• Act as the point of contact for a selection of regions and markets for styling needs (selection TBD).
• Guide team members (booking coordination, fitting schedules, temporary showroom management) in a collaborative and constructive dynamic.
• Ensure smooth information flow across all stakeholders: showroom, press, Relations & Activation, WFJ, HauteCouture, studio.
• Structure coordination processes ahead of key moments (shows, major events, campaigns) to anticipate rather than react.
• Maintain rigorous upkeep of tracking tools: dressing calendar, celebrity database, collection recaps.
• Contribute to the development and sharing of styling guidelines and best practices across markets.
• Participate in overseeing collection buyings for key markets, in support of the Head.
• Maintain a watch on emerging stylists (“stylists to watch”) and keep reference decks up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in celebrity styling within a demanding fashion environment—strong knowledge of booking operations, fittings, and showroom coordination.
• Strong experience, ideally with exposure to international markets and a complex ecosystem.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
• Mature, discreet, confident, and humble posture—able to serve as a trusted deputy without overstepping.
• Product sensitivity and deep understanding of Chanel culture.
• Fluent in French and English.
