Concentrix Payment Services France SAS à La Motte-Servolex recherche un Assistant Administratif International en CDD de 6 mois. Vous assurez les relances, la gestion administrative des comptes clients et trouvez des solutions de règlement avec les clients.

Le poste requiert un bon niveau d'italien et/ou d'anglais, une formation en finance/comptabilité/commerce/gestion, et la maîtrise du Pack Office. Avantages: RTT, tickets restaurants, mutuelle, indemnités de transport, PEE et 13e mois.

Qualificações

• Bon niveau en italien et/ou anglais requis (lu, écrit, parlé).
• Diplômé(e) d'une formation en Finance/Comptabilité/Commerce/Gestion ou équivalent.
• Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel) et des outils informatiques requise.

Responsabilidades

• Effectuer les relances nécessaires selon les procédures.
• Assurer la gestion administrative associée aux comptes clients.
• Trouver des solutions adaptées de règlement en négociant avec les clients (selon profil).
• Relancer les plans de paiement.

Dans un contexte international, au sein de l'équipe Gestion de créances qui vous formera et vous accompagnera sur nos outils et process, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) International en CDD dont les missions sont les suivantes :

• Effectuer les relances nécessaires selon les procédures
• Assurer la gestion administrative associée aux comptes clients
• Trouver des solutions adaptées de réglement en négociant avec les clients (selon profil)
• Relancer les plans de paiement

Profil recherché

• Bon niveau en italien et/ou anglais requis (lu, écrit, parlé)
• Diplômé(e) d'une formation en Finance/Comptabilité/Commerce/Gestion ou équivalent
• Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel) et des outils informatiques requise
