Alan is seeking a Care Ops professional to support our global Care Community across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Your mission includes driving efficiency, improving contact experiences, and shaping our tooling with automation and AI-driven solutions.

You will own the tooling stack (Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, Automation Platform) and collaborate with product teams to scale operations while maintaining security and legal compliance. English and French fluency are required.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English & French.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Passion for process optimization with quick, iterative solutions.
• Organized and structured mindset.
• Robust data analytics abilities; SQL is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in no-code, AI, and tooling.
• Growth potential in a startup/tech environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor efficiency and performance; deliver actionable findings to support decision-making.
• Pilot new contact channel projects and scale across global Care Community.
• Identify scalable tooling solutions; drive automation and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve tooling and ensure adoption.
• Own tooling stack (Automation Platform, Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall) and manage external partnerships/RFPs.
