Alan in Lille is hiring a Senior Care Ops to lead one vertical within the global Care Community. You will own the operational strategy, drive scaling, and align stakeholders across Care, Ops, Data, Engineers, and Product to deliver on the roadmap.

You will manage performance, set measurable outcomes, build dashboards, and oversee outsourcing and partner governance when needed. Strong English and French communication are essential in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and execution plan for your vertical, aligned with Care’s priorities (quality, member experience, scalability, cost-to-serve).
• Diagnose performance gaps and translate them into a clear roadmap with initiatives and resourcing.
• Define scalable operating models, tooling needs, automation opportunities, and measurement.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Data, and Engineering to rollout solutions.
• Coach and support team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive adoption.
