Alan is seeking a Senior Care Ops to lead a vertical within Care Ops, driving operational excellence at scale across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, enabling a world-class care experience for millions of members.

You will own the strategy and execution plans for your vertical, align with Care's roadmap, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Product, Data and Engineering to improve quality, speed, and cost‑to‑serve, while building scalable processes and governance.
