RELX International in Paris is offering a 6-month Carbon Analytics internship for students passionate about data, coding, and energy markets. You will join the Carbon Analytics team, develop data-driven tools, and contribute to market research used by European participants.

The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration with teams across Power, Gas and LNG, with exposure to AI tools and real-world market challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Data Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Programming experience in Python and SQL.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Confidence in handling and visualising large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to take initiative.
• An interest in energy markets, particularly European carbon markets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement data analytics and visualisation tools on our platform, including market indicators and price forecasting models.
• Support key projects through data handling, analysis and programming.
• Work with large and complex datasets.
• Lead a high-impact research project with direct business value.
• Collaborate with experienced quantitative and qualitative analysts.
• Interact with other energy teams, including Power, Gas and LNG.
