Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s in finance or management at a top school.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with senior staff.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects.
• Solid knowledge of private equity fundamentals, deal structures, and markets.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages welcome.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented with strong work ethic and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior staff to gain exposure to private equity liquidity considerations.
• Assist in evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for PE sponsors and investors.
• Gain hands-on transaction experience from pitch to close.
• Prepare marketing materials and diligence materials for LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions.
• Support transaction execution, manage virtual data rooms and due diligence coordination.
