Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a motivated Master’s student to join the recruitment team and help source top tech talent while coordinating career forums and campus events.

You will screen profiles, conduct pre-interviews, and participate in interviews with hiring managers to understand recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be a final-year Master’s student (M2) in a business school or engineering school.
• Dynamic, curious, organized and proactive.
• Comfortable on the phone and willing to actively pursue top talent and sponsors.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Master’s degree (M2).

Responsabilités

• Recruit the best talent on the market.
• Organize career forums for Q4.
• Support the organization of Petit Poucet 2027 competition.
• Identify and source top tech talent on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct pre-interviews.
• Attend interviews with hiring managers and understand recruitment objectives.
• Track candidates and optimize recruitment processes.
• Participate in initiatives to improve our talent acquisition strategy.
• Contribute to the organization of campus events (dojos, career fairs, training sessions...).
