Trane Technologies is hiring a cable assembler (F/H) to assemble and connect electrical components of complex equipment in a hands-on, technical environment. You will work on an on-site production line, focusing on precision and quality to ensure reliable performance of climate solutions.

The role emphasizes teamwork within an industrial setting, adherence to safety standards, and contributing to timely production milestones. Previous cabling, mounting or assembly experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, electrotechnical or electromechanical systems.
• Comfort with manual tasks requiring precision.
• Ability to follow technical instructions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, fix and cable electrical components of the machine according to standards.
• Verify the quality of work at each stage.
• Identify and report any deviations or anomalies as needed.
• Work in compliance with quality and safety rules.
• Support production progress with the team.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Vous recherchez un poste concret où votre savoir-faire fait la différence ? Rejoignez notre équipe au poste de Câbleur (F/H) et participez à l’assemblage et au raccordement d’équipements dans un environnement technique, dynamique et organisé.

Vos missions

• Réaliser le montage, la fixation et le câblage des composants électriques de la machine dans le respect des standards
• Vérifier la conformité de votre travail à chaque étape
• Repérer et signaler les écarts ou anomalies si besoin
• Travailler dans le respect des règles de qualité et de sécurité
• Participer à la bonne avancée de la production avec votre équipe

Votre profil

• Vous disposez de connaissances dans le domaine électrique, électrotechnique ou électromécanique
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec le travail manuel et les tâches de précision
• Vous savez suivre des consignes techniques simplement et avec rigueur
• Vous aimez le travail bien fait et avez le sens du détail
• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement industriel
• Une première expérience en câblage, montage ou assemblage est un plus
