Qualifications

• 8+ années d’expérience en gestion d’applications IT dans les domaines R&D et Medical.
• Expérience en support technique d’applications SaaS, gestion des fournisseurs, incidents, problèmes, changements, releases et évolutions.
• Connaissances sur la confidentialité des données, normes de conformité et sécurité pharmaceutique.

Responsabilités

• Comprendre les processus métiers, optimiser les services et cartographier les exigences techniques.
• Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes et aligner les objectifs de service avec les besoins métiers.
• Piloter le portefeuille applicatif global R&D (environ 30 SaaS/On-Premise) et les contrats outsourcing (KPI/SLA).
• Conduire les améliorations continues et la gouvernance des services et des fournisseurs.

This position is accountable for managing support, operations for all the applications in this domain within an outsourcing context and multi-application providers, including Maintenance and Support of the business applications. The focus is on maintaining, optimizing and supporting various applications, systems and platforms. The BOE will be responsible for operations & evolutions of all the perimeters with our partners, ensuring business users satisfaction and driving the maximum value for the Business. The BOE will also drive a strong culture of proactivity by anticipating operational risks, leveraging data-driven insights, initiating continuous improvement actions to enhance service stability, performance and business value.**WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies****Business processes understanding*** Excellent understanding of Business organization’s goals and objectives, processes (Building Facilities) and operations, understand complex data integration between applications in the business domain (Internal & External interfaces).* Contribute to the analysis of business problems and the translation of business requirements into technical solutions and processes to deliver business operations* Analyse business operations to determine opportunities to optimize, improve business support and services, automate processes and data flows* Support development of Business Digital and Tech roadmap**Business stakeholder management*** Participates in technical and business discussions to define service delivery objectives and align with business objectives* Performs risk analysis and mitigation, coordination with IT Business Partners for demand management and resource planning* Develops and manages strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (IT, Business, external partners)* Works closely with the business functions to establish service delivery requirements and identify the most appropriate solutions**Business services Delivery, continuous improvement, control, monitoring and governance*** Manage the Global application landscape for R&D (Patient Safety, Labs, Medical, (30 SaaS/OnPremise applications).* Ensures overall operations meet business expectations, internal standards, Manage the outsourcing contract (KPI’s and SLA’s) and provide support expertise* Define the Continuous improvements plan for the R&D and Medical perimeter with all stakeholders (External providers, outsourcers and IPSEN GDIT and Business)* Manage release lifecycle for the applications and plan the roadmaps* Communicates updates to the relevant stakeholders, instances at defined intervals* Ensure service transition of applications from build to operations.* Improve the services delivered in the contract to support new business requirements* Manage partners operational governance (Weekly, Monthly service review and CAB meetings) with the outsourcer* Manage partners support contract for all applications perimeter for Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethic.**Vendor relationship and contract management*** Monitor the contract lifecycle and services* Ensures partners meet their service delivery commitments* Actively pursues opportunities for improving the vendor partnership, contract terms, introduction of innovative services and efficiencies* Manage all providers governance**Business innovation and continuous improvement opportunities*** Identifies and communicates potential opportunities for Business innovation to IT domains.* Recommends business process and system changes to innovate and improve efficiency and business outcomes.* Defines innovation initiatives with IT Business Partners and leads these collaborative initiatives to drive efficiencies and obtain synergies**HOW - Behavioural Competencies Required** PLEASE USE PROMPT TO ADD BEHAVIOURS > Ipsen Job Description Behavioural Competencies Prompt**HOW - Knowledge & Experience**Knowledge & Experience (essential):* Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, including outsourcing/vendor management, SLAs, KPIs, and performance governance for Commercial and Product business applications* 8+ years of experience on IT application management within R&D and Medical domains* 8+ years of experience in SaaS applications technical support, including Vendor management, incident, problem, change management, release upgrade and evolutions.* Knowledge of data privacy, compliance standards, pharma regulation and security best practices* Demonstrated experience working in a global organization, preferably within the biopharmaceutical industry (5+ years)* Experience system integration (Data interfaces between applications)* Knowledge on business acumen for commercial & Pharmaceutical product domain within pharmaceutical industries* Expertise on R&D : Monolix (Lixoft), Pirana (Certera) and NonMem (IconPLC).* Expertise on Medical applications : ArisGlobal, RxLogic, Anju IRMS, Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Platform.* Experience in observability, automation, AIOps or test automation is an advantage.* Strong business acumen and ability to convert operational data into risks, priorities and decisions.
