Groupe Cofidur is seeking a Program Manager trainee to assist in preparing for new product introductions and improve project management tools. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a BTS in electronics or project management and possesses strong analytical skills, autonomy, and good interpersonal abilities. This role is an excellent opportunity for gradual independence in project missions while benefiting from mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently preparing a BTS in electronics or project management for the start of the 2025 academic year.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, have a keen sense of analysis and good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Helping PMs prepare for NPIs.
• Track costs (NRC).
• Improve existing tools (e.g. NPI tracking file, KPI automation, etc.).
• Creation of a compendium of 'good PM practices'.
• Enhance the quotation feasibility sheet to make it more dynamic.

Description du poste

As a member of the Program Manager team, and thanks to the close support of your tutor Magaly JOLIVET, you will put into practice the theoretical lessons provided by your training organization, in order to gradually become autonomous in your missions:

• Helping PMs prepare for NPIs
• Track costs (NRC)
• Improve existing tools (e.g. NPI tracking file, KPI automation, etc.)
• Creation of a compendium of “good PM practices
• Enhance the quotation feasibility sheet to make it more dynamic
